カフェテリア ソンリサは廃業閉店（終了）しました。

Cafeteria Sonrisa has been closed (shut down).

経済的な理由からカフェテリア ソンリサは閉店しました。閉店に伴う代表者と出資者間 金銭問題については大阪簡易裁判所にて調停中です。（平成27年メ229号事件）訴訟へ切り替えた後は大阪地方裁判所で裁判が予定されております。

備考：日本では「調停」と呼ばれる裁判より前の簡単な状態で裁判所職員による仲裁システムがあります。調停は事実の確認が無く、双方の主張を裁判所の担当者が仲介する点が裁判と大きく異なります。双方の合意が不可能な場合、本当の裁判に移行します。

“Cafeteria Sonrisa” was shut down(closed) from July 1, 2015, due to financial problems. For the problem of representative directors and investors has been in arbitration in Osaka Summary Court. The incident has been named “Heisei 27years No. メ (Me) 229”.  After the switch to a litigation, court hearing and the judgment are schedule at the Osaka District Court

Remark :  In Japan there is a arbitration system by court officials as simple/pre-stage of trial. In arbitration, there is no confirmation of the fact. Court personnel check the both claims and mediates them. If mutual agreement is not possible, it will move to a real trial.

“Cafetería Sonrisa” fue cerrado (cerrado) del 1 de julio de 2015, por problemas financieros. Para el problema de los directores e inversionistas representativos ha sido en el arbitraje en la Corte Resumen Osaka. El incidente ha sido nombrado “Heisei 27years No. メ (Me) 229”. Después de que el cambio a un litigio, audiencia y el juicio está programadon horario en el Tribunal de Distrito de Osaka.

“Cafeteria Sonrisa”是從2015年7月1日關閉（關閉), 由於財政問題. 代表 和 投資者的 問題已經在仲裁大阪簡易法院. 該事件被命名為“平成27年號メ229”. 切換到訴訟後, 法院審理和判決都安排在大阪地方法院.

경제적 인 이유로 카페테리아 손리사(Cafeteria Sonrisa)은 폐점했습니다. (Shut down / Closed). 폐점에 따른 금전 문제는 오사카 간이 재판소에서 조정 중입니다. (헤세이 27 년 메 229 호 사건) 소송에 전환 한 후에는 오사카 지방 재판소에서 재판이 예정됩니다.
